STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES
- Lagos is Nigeria's richest state, producing about $90 billion a year in goods and services, making its economy bigger than that of most African countries .
- International ports
- Lagos is a diverse society in both race and religious ways.
- Great trade and commerce
- Great coast line with beautiful beaches.


- The average age in Nigeria is 18 years. But many young citizens are not in education, employment or training. In Lagos, as in other cities, young people are confronted with poor governance, unemployment or underemployment, police brutality and a high cost of living.
- The traffic in Lagos is terrible and it can take hour to travel just a few kilometers. The public transport isn't any better.
- There is a high air and water pollution, and several ilnesses caused by it. Thousands of persons die every year because of it.

- Crimes such as kidnappings, muggings, car-jackings, and other forms of violent crime in Nigeria are a reason to be wary.
